Cannondale Pittards Gel

The leather Pittards are an excellent road riding glove. It is obvious that a considerable amount of thought has gone into their design. The backing material allows for a good amount of stretch to accommodate a wide range of comfortable fit for different hand shapes and sizes. The leather palm material is pliable to allow for comfort yet extremely durable, even under adverse conditions.

The gels pads are dense to provide excellent shock absorbancy yet remain unobtrusive. The placement of the dense gel pads directly coincides with the heavy contact points on your hand, this alleiviates the numbness and aches that can cause hand fatigue. Also, the gel pads are slim enough to allow for a solid grip for people with smaller hands. The velcro closures hold the gloves firmly in place. On the backside of the thumb there is a terry material that is convenient for wiping away sweat gathered from a hard ride. Overall the design is well thought out so that the gloves fade from your perception yet do their job. This is what any piece of good cycling equipment is about.
