The SHEBEEST 2101 SSS Short with dryline fabric feature is a pleasure to wear, and truly provides padding where padding is needed most. The saddle on my bike is unfortunately, OEM as I have not invested in a more luxurious after-market seat. Because of this, the shorts that I ride in are of the utmost importance. This particular pair of She Beest shorts definitely steps right up to the plate.

What I liked best about the 2101 SSS shorts were the seamlessness and the cut of the padding. The varying thickness of the Shelastic Chamois provided maximum padding where it was needed, and yet was less thick, and therefore less bulky, where not as much padding is required for comfort. Now girls, you know what I mean when I talk about seams!! There is just about nothing worse than an irritating seam around the padding of your shorts. Chafing brings on a whole new meaning when you have a thick abrasive seam cutting into your womanly area. The inseam area around these shorts is ultra thin, and ultra smooth. The seam is much lower down your leg, and even there it is almost non-existent.

Another feature on these shorts that I found to be surprisingly more comfortable than usual is the elastic banding around the thighs. Normally, I wonder whether or not my legs, from the elastic down, are getting enough circulation, and I pray that amputation isn’t awaiting me at the end of my ride. With these shorts however, my fears were banished. The fit was snug but not too tight. When I took the shorts off at the end of my ride, my thighs were free of the standard, ever deep, elastic imprints.

Overall, I truly enjoyed these shorts and for that matter, all of the She Beest products I have had the opportunity to test and ride in. SHEBEEST is a great manufacturer, whose primary concern is to satisfy the needs of women riders. I support their products and recommend them to any woman who is on her bike, and on the go.
