Some of our more regular readers may have noticed our new "Left Coast" correspondent Larry of Team Roaring Mouse a competitive bike team from out in California. Larry's articles and reviews have graced our pages regularly since he stumbled across our site. What you our readership have missed out on until this point in time were the regular racing reports we have been getting from Larry. I want you to know that these race reports have been making Dan and I sick with envy as we peered out our city windows at the snow and slush!

Not being prone to suffering alone, we now offer up these disgustingly self indulgent race reports so that you too can turn green with envy as your bikes hang with flat tires in your frost bitten garages. I will share with you a conversation Larry and I had a few weeks back...

garuch: Great stuff I am especially jealous as I sit here with winter rain pouring down with the promise of dropping temperatures (down to the teens again) and snow before the afternoon is out, recovering from pneumonia wondering if I will ever get back up on my bike!
