16 basic tools in a 230 gram, ergonomic package. This tool is built to excellent quality standards of quality materials. Unlike many multi-tools, this tool is one piece and does not separate into top and bottom halves. When held in the hand, there are no uncomfortable projections to limit applicable torque by generating pain. In other words more attention was paid to ease of use than to miniaturization.
Another nice touch is the handling of the tire levers. Many competitors' tools incorporate the tire levers into the body of the tool. The removeable side panels of the Intensive Care are the tire levers. Only slightly shorter than their blue cousins, these are true tire levers, not jury rigged pry tools.
My only issue with the tool is the potential loss of the spoke wrench. Listed as two tools, this is really one tool with two sizes built into it. It nests under the hex keys/screw drivers/can opener side. While it is unlikely that all the tools would be unfolded at any given time, in doing so the potential exists for the spoke wrench to go bye-bye.
The best parts of the tool are the tire irons - great job here Pedros, and the torque-ability of the chain tool. Many tools leave you struggling to apply enough torque to actually break a chain (see pain generation above). The Intensive Care gives you more than enough torque for the most rusted, encrusted chain! Kudos Pedros!
